Jodi Lynn Wilson Miklas

Soloist
Jodi
Miklas is a graduate of Cedarville University [Ohio], having earned
the Bachelor of Music in Education degree.
She has been a soloist in various performances throughout the United States, Austrialia, and New Zealand with a wide repertoire of classical, patriotic, sacred, Christian contemporary and big band music. She has performed as the alto soloist for the New Castle Chorus Club, and the Hoyt Singers. Additional solo opportunities have included The Scottish Rite Cathedral in New Castle, Pennsylvania and Stambaugh Auditorium in Youngstown, Ohio. She is a popular soloist for weddings and other special events including the National Anthem for Dayton Flyers Hockey, George Junior Republic Tigers Basketball and Baseball, Grove City Midget Football, and The Mercer Community Band. During her career, she has been Ruth in “The Pirates of Penzance,” Buttercup in “HMS Pinafore,” and performer in “On The Air.” The most emotional event of her career was her patriotic concert in conjunction with the closing ceremonies of The Moving Vietnam Wall.
Jodi
lives in Mercer, PA with her husband, George, and children, Janalyn
and Caleb.
Currently, Jodi is an
active participant with The Grove City Alliance Church singing on
the worship team. She has served as worship leader and
inspirational speaker for women’s retreats and conferences.
Jodi and her family have travelled throughout the United States,
performing at various church services, Christian camps, and other
